Return & Refund Policy - Trapinstreet
Returns:
We accept returns only if there is an issue with the product, such as an incorrect size or damage from our side. If you wish to return the product without a valid reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchange Conditions:
Please inspect your order carefully while the delivery person is present to check the size and fit. Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be made once the delivery person leaves.
Replacement:
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will initiate a replacement within 2-3 working days.
Refunds:
Refunds are only available in cases there’s a mistake on our part. The refund will be processed after we receive the returned product and inspect it.
